History

Caldwell State Bank was chartered in 1928 by local businessmen: 
A. E. Bowers
F. L. Fisk
L. A. Perry
John T. Stewart
B. F. Wynn

There have been only four presidents of the bank since it was chartered. They were B. F. Wynn (1928 - 1970), Herman Glisson (1970 - 1983), Phillip T. Perry (1983 - 2008), and Leo J. Schiltz (2009 - Present).

Caldwell State Bank has had two locations. The first location was at 001 S. Main in Caldwell from 1928 to 1979. The second and current bank building was built at 24 N. Main in Caldwell in 1979.
